I purchased 2 parts for a total of $180 in October. I have been emailing customer service and decided to call today and they are literally gone.

Website gone. Phone Disconnected. They charged my card but I never received anything from them. I don't even know who to go after to recover my money.

I am so disappointed, as it looked like a legitimate site. If you go to their website, it tells you to visit there 'sister' site nitroapplianceparts.com. It doesn't work, but do your research to make sure you don't give these unethical clowns your money.

Pathetic. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, CENTRAL APPLIANCE PARTS.

Reason of review: Literally vanished off the face of the earth.

Monetary Loss: $176.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
