Ordered a thermostat for my stove from Central Appliance. I complained after its absence after several weeks; they said their supplier informed them it was still several weeks out.

I asked for a refund, and they said they would refund my money. Still no refund after three weeks, and no response to several emails asking what the deal was. Finally I had enough and emailed PayPal, who refunded my money within ten days. This company is fraudulent as far as I can tell.

Total time wasted: seven weeks. They are a horrible business, assuming they even existed in the first place.

I recommend repair parts plus. They have done well for me on several previous occasions.

Reason of review: Nonexistent product, dishonesty.

Preferred solution: Warn others.
